6–12 Month Operating Model

3D Visualisation Tool — Rollout & Responsibilities

A phased 6–12 month rollout in which the 3D visualisation tool is built once as a flexible, reusable application — then applied to further campaigns, segments and regions through configuration and assets rather than repeated development.

3-Phase Roadmap

Build once, then reuse

Development with Ralph is concentrated in Phase 1. Phase 2 and Phase 3 reuse the same application with new campaign assets, configuration and content.

Phase 1 · Oct–Dec 2026

Foundation / Flexible 3D Tool

Primary focus
Build and evolve the current 3D visualisation into a flexible, reusable application that can support different campaigns, stylings, shapes and environments.
Budget lead
COA EMEA

Main scope

  • External development with Ralph
  • Build the flexible reusable 3D application
  • Andromeda Blue as the first practical pilot
  • Technical collaboration between Ralph and Christoph / InA
  • Define how styling, formulation, shape and environment assets are handled
  • Create / integrate initial 3D shapes and visual assets
  • Marketing / UX requirements from Ian
  • Prepare the component for embedding into SUSONITY campaign pages

The majority of Ralph's development effort and the associated development cost sit in this phase.

Phase 2 · Jan–Mar 2027

COA Campaign Expansion

Primary focus
Apply the flexible tool to additional COA campaigns using the foundation created in Phase 1.
Budget lead
COA EMEA; Global Marketing may contribute to campaign-specific costs where relevant

Main scope

  • Configure the existing tool for MBOX 3.0
  • Configure the existing tool for Precious Metals
  • Add / replace campaign-specific stylings, formulations and assets
  • Add any required campaign-specific 3D shapes
  • Align Global and Regional campaign content
  • Work with Digital to bring campaign pages live
  • Prepare reuse by other regions where relevant

Same application + different configuration, assets and campaign content — not another major development phase.

Phase 3 · Apr–Jun 2027

IND / Cross-Segment Expansion

Primary focus
Extend use of the existing application into Industrial and additional application areas.
Budget lead
IND may contribute to incremental asset / campaign costs where appropriate

Main scope

  • Add IND-specific 3D shapes and assets
  • Example applications: mugs, toasters, headphones, appliances, architectural / industrial objects
  • Configure existing visualisation for IND campaign pages
  • Support cross-segment reuse
  • Enable further regional adaptation

Asset creation + technical asset preparation + configuration + page implementation — not rebuilding the visualisation application.

Roles & Responsibilities

Who is responsible for what

A compact division of responsibilities keeps campaign direction, technical accuracy, web implementation and later reuse aligned.

Project / Campaign Lead

Marketing EMEA

  • Defines campaign priorities and business use cases
  • Leads marketing / UX requirements for the initial rollout
  • Coordinates campaign content and stakeholder alignment
  • Owns the Phase 1 COA EMEA budget
  • Works with InA and Digital on rollout priorities
Technical Lead / Ralph Interface

InA

  • Provides technical and formulation expertise
  • Owns technical collaboration and communication with Ralph
  • Defines technical requirements for the visualisation application
  • Supports panel digitisation and accurate effect representation
  • Prepares / manages styling, formulation and visualisation assets
  • Supports integration of new 3D shapes and application assets
  • Defines configuration requirements for campaign adaptations
  • Technically validates the tool and campaign visualisations
Web Implementation

Digital

  • Supports campaign page implementation and publishing
  • Embeds the visualisation component into SUSONITY webpages
  • Ensures alignment with the wider website / e-commerce direction
  • Supports UI consistency and web requirements
  • Advises on future website capabilities and constraints
Global Campaign Alignment

Global Marketing

  • Collaborates on globally relevant campaign content
  • Aligns Global and Regional campaign priorities
  • Supports MBOX 3.0 / Precious Metals rollout where relevant
  • Helps enable reuse across regions
  • May contribute to campaign-specific incremental costs where appropriate
Cross-Segment Expansion

IND

  • Defines Industrial use cases and campaign needs
  • Identifies relevant IND objects / applications
  • Works with InA on required shapes and visualisation assets
  • Uses the existing flexible tool rather than commissioning a new platform
  • May contribute to IND-specific incremental asset / campaign costs
Regional Adaptation

Other Regions

  • Reuse the established campaign / tool foundation
  • Adapt formulations, stylings and campaign content where necessary
  • Work with InA on technical configuration changes
  • Work with Digital on webpage implementation
  • Fund genuinely unique regional additions where appropriate

How it flows

  1. Marketing

    Campaign / business direction

  2. InA

    Technical ownership + Ralph interface

  3. Digital

    Web implementation

  4. Global / IND / Regions

    Reuse + campaign-specific adaptation

Funding Principle

Development once, reuse thereafter

Core development of the flexible 3D application is concentrated in Phase 1 and initially funded by COA EMEA.

Later phases primarily reuse the existing application through campaign-specific assets, configuration and webpage implementation. Global Marketing, IND or other regions may contribute to incremental costs where the additional work directly supports their campaigns or applications.

Content, Training & Workshop Experience

Paused pending Digital alignment

Digital is already exploring future training / learning functionality as part of the wider website direction. For that reason, we will not develop a separate content or training portal in parallel at this stage.

We will wait for further direction from Digital and gather additional feedback from Sales, including IND, before deciding whether a dedicated public-facing training hub is needed.

Paused Pending Digital Alignment

Interim approach

For the foreseeable future, training, workshop and video content can be hosted through existing tools such as Zoom Pro and embedded directly into normal SUSONITY webpages where required.
